Pox is a nickname for Pablo. His niece brought a letter from school one day, back when she was in elementary school, that was informing parents about chicken pox. She read it as chicken "pops". He corrected her and said, "No, it's pox", and that's where it started. Cynthia's nieces and nephew call Pablo "Pox" now. Pablo's nickname "Pox", and Cynthia's nickname, "Cindy" put them together and you get: Poxcindy.
Maddie, Cindy's cute little niece calls us Poc-Cheeny. Voila!
